About Me
Rachel Flowers - Accredited Counsellor
I became a therapist because I understand how isolating life’s challenges can feel. Through my own experience with therapy, I discovered how exploring thoughts and feelings in a safe space can lead to greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of connection.
Now, I bring these insights into my work with clients, providing a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can be truly heard, explore patterns in your relationships, and develop practical tools for growth. I also incorporate gentle spiritual awareness and creative tools when helpful, allowing for deeper self-reflection and insight.
Why Work With Me
Whether you’re seeking support for personal growth, relationship challenges, sexual concerns, or professional development, I aim to create a warm, supportive, and reflective environment. You’ll be heard, seen, and guided in exploring patterns, uncovering insights, and building skills for meaningful change.
